Odisha Local Jobs is operated by REPLACE_ME — Registered Business Name, a REPLACE_ME — e.g. Sole Proprietorship registered in India at REPLACE_ME — Building / street, REPLACE_ME — Area / landmark, REPLACE_ME — City, REPLACE_ME — District, Odisha REPLACE_ME — 6-digit PIN, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity; “you” refers to any person who accesses or uses the website.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

We operate a regional job-listings platform for Odisha. Employers publish job openings; job seekers browse those openings and contact employers directly.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• One person or business, one account. Account credentials are yours to protect; you are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Email verification is required before an account becomes usable.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. The two plans are independent — you may hold either, both, or neither.

• View Jobs — ₹99 per year. Browse and view full job listings, including employer contact details.
• Post Jobs — ₹99 per month. Create and manage job postings.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.
• A subscription starts when we receive confirmed payment from the payment gateway and runs for the stated period.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access ends at the end of the paid period unless you subscribe again.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.

Current prices are always shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not receive, store, or process your card number, UPI PIN, bank credentials, or any other payment instrument details — those go directly to the gateway and its partner banks.

If a payment is deducted but your subscription does not activate, contact suportodishalocaljobs@gmail.com with the transaction reference. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Post only genuine openings you are authorised to advertise, with accurate role, location, pay, and contact information.
• Do not charge job seekers any fee, deposit, or security amount at any stage.
• Do not post content that discriminates on caste, religion, gender, disability, or any other ground prohibited by Indian law.
• Do not post multi-level marketing schemes, work-from-home data-entry scams, adult work, or any illegal role.
• Use job-seeker information only to evaluate that person for the advertised role. Do not resell it or add it to marketing lists.

• Give truthful information in your profile and in any document you upload.
• Upload only documents you own or are entitled to share.
• Contact employers about their advertised roles only.

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-extracting listings or user data by any automated means.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, subscription checks, or rate limits.
• Uploading malware, or probing, scanning, or testing the security of our systems without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your affiliation with one.
• Any use that breaks Indian law or infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

We may edit, hide, or remove any listing, and suspend or terminate any account, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken — without refund for the remaining subscription period where the breach was yours. Listings also expire automatically at the end of their posting period.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, and events outside our control may interrupt it. We may add, change, or withdraw features.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost opportunity, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or job seeker, for the accuracy of a listing, or for anything that happens in an interview, a negotiation, or an employment relationship arising from the platform.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the website. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at REPLACE_ME — e.g. Cuttack, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, contact us at suportodishalocaljobs@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
